This week's recipe is a classic from the Campbell's website:
Campbell's 15-minute Chicken and Rice Skillet; It's fast, frugal, easy and tasty!
1 tbsp. vegetable oil 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts ($1.99/lb)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Reg or 98% Fat Free) $0.88 cents
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp. paprika (?2 cents)
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper (?2 cents)
2 cups uncooked instant white rice (box is about $1.50, 2 cups will cost about $0.60)
*2 cups fresh OR frozen broccoli flowerets (bag of PC frozen veggies between 99cents - $1.39)
Total Meal cost to feed 4 = about $4.50
